Activity and profession

Dietitian consultations for adults, pregnant and breastfeeding women, women in perimenopause and menopause, babies and children, plus advice and training for catering and institutions.

Michèle Frisch practises as a dietitian (diététicienne), a regulated health profession in Luxembourg (amended law of 26 March 1992 on the practice and promotion of certain health professions), under an authorisation to practise issued by the Minister of Health.

The texts, logo, illustrations and design of this website are protected by copyright. Any reproduction without prior permission is prohibited.

The information on this website is general and provided for information only. It does not replace a consultation or the advice of your doctor.

No cookies, no tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no embedded social networks. Fonts are served by the website itself: no data is sent to third parties when you visit.

Server logs

Like any website, the server hosting this site automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). This data is used solely to keep the website running securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is kept for a limited time.

When you contact me

If you call or write to me, I use the information you provide (name, contact details, the content of your message) only to reply and to organise your consultation (pre-contractual steps and contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Information about your health is processed only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) and kept strictly confidential. It is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.

Online booking (Doctena)

The online booking buttons open my calendar on doctena.lu, operated by Doctena S.A. (Luxembourg), in a new tab. Nothing is sent to Doctena until you click. The information you enter there (name, contact details, visit reason, date and time of the appointment) is used only to organise your appointment and to send you a confirmation and reminders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Doctena processes it on my behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR).

For your use of the doctena.lu website itself (patient account, cookies), Doctena’s own privacy policy applies.

Directions

The map on the Contact page is loaded only after you click. It comes from Google Maps (Google), which then receives your IP address and may set cookies; its own privacy policy applies. The “Directions with Google Maps” link opens Google Maps in a new tab.

Retention

Your data is kept for the duration of your follow-up and then deleted, except for records the law requires to be kept, such as accounting documents (invoices): 10 years.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to me at diet@michele-frisch.lu.
